Welcome To Winterland Cottage

 
This 920 sq foot cabin is nestled in one of the most desirable mountain neighborhoods of Big Bear Lake. Enjoy the magnificent 9000+ sq foot completely fenced yard with spa, covered deck and BBQ . Central to slopes, lake, shopping, dining and restaurants.
Enjoy this newly renovated, single story home in the prestigious, tree lined area of Fox Farm. (Please note there are 2 entry steps.) This charming home has an attached garage with ping pong and darts and laundry for your convenience. The outdoor space inspired our name, “Winterland”. You, your family and 4 legged friends (dogs only) can enjoy the gorgeous outdoors, BBQ, spa and completely fenced yard. A Nest thermostat, high speed internet, Roku TV loaded (including cable) and a Level 2 electric vehicle charging station are just some of the additional amenities offered.

This is our favorite part of the home. You’ll find a menagerie of animals for kids and adults alike to enjoy.

    • Fully fenced against the woods. – Never leave pets or kids unattended and always leash walk small animals when dark.
We feel that our pets are a part of our family and therefore do not charge an additional pet fee. Please be considerate and up front if you feel your pet may not be suitable for our cabin. We have nice furnishings and would like to continue providing this level of accommodations for our families and pets alike. We appreciate all of our responsible pet owners.
A signed rental agreement and deposit are required.

Guest access

The entire cottage is for your use. There is one locked cabinet indoors for owner use and supply cabinets in the garage.
Room for a max of 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking.
Free Big Bear Trolley a short walk down the street.
Snow removal for driveway + path to front door arranged for guests during Winter. Snow shovel in garage.

Other things to note

Snow chains are required in the Winter.
On occasion during extreme weather Big Bear can experience rolling power/internet outages. Rest assured, they will restore as quickly as possible.
The spa and house are sanitized between each guest. If you see anything not up to standards, notify us immediately upon check in and we will send someone directly.
Please review and agree to House Rules prior to booking.
There are 2 security cameras on premises. One is at the exterior front door and the other in the rear, corner of yard with no specific view. Your privacy is great respected and valued.
